    The Live Schedule Tool

    The Live Schedule was added to provide a robust view of the all shifts at all sites. This view offers a number of different filters to quickly locate certain types of shifts such as those that will fall into overtime or shifts that have not yet been confirmed. The Live Schedule can be viewed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This view of the schedule integrates data from time and attendance as well.

    How to Offer Vacant Shifts

    Vacant shifts can be offered to a single officer or several officers via SMS. Officers will have the option to respond to the SMS with their confirmation of taking the shift. Once this is complete the officer will be automatically assigned to the shift.

    How to Distribute The Schedule

    Schedules are distributed via email. The email address in each officer's profile will be used to send the schedule. Try to always include an officer's email address in their employee profile so they can receive the schedule.

    Schedules & Attendance Section Overview

    The Schedules & Attendance tab provides Schedulers and Admins access to tools and information pertaining to scheduled shifts. Here Schedulers can create new shifts, monitor attendance, approve shift hours and more. Admins will high level data views shown in the Schedules & Attendance dashboard. This section of the guide explains the different sections and what can be accomplished in each area. This is not the "How to" section, but rather an introduction to the different areas of Scheduling 2.0.
