    How to Perform Tours / Scan Checkpoints

    Tours can be performed randomly or they may follow a schedule. Scheduled tour will provide a notification on the device when they are scheduled. Checkpoints can be scanned in any order and may be an NFC token, barcode or GPS location. NFC will automatically scan, but both the barcode and GPS options will need to triggered by clicking on the scan button for either option.

    The Live Schedule Tool

    The Live Schedule was added to provide a robust view of the all shifts at all sites. This view offers a number of different filters to quickly locate certain types of shifts such as those that will fall into overtime or shifts that have not yet been confirmed. The Live Schedule can be viewed on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This view of the schedule integrates data from time and attendance as well.

    How to Manage System Exception Tickets

    System Exception Tickets are created for different events in the system. Each time the system detects a certain type of exception a new exception ticket is created. These ticket can be referenced and resolved at any time. Resolution is not a required action for system exception tickets. They can simply be used for reference as well.

  • The Live Dashboard has a few tools for messaging officers using the mobile application. This allows admin to message officers directly or broadcast messages to all active officers. Field officers must be using the mobile application to receive the notification. Along with the messages options, there are also tools to remotely capture audio and force a device to reset.
