How to Create a Run Sheet / Assign Jobs to a Run Sheet

At this point all of the jobs should be scheduled for each client in the zone. Each job should be added to a run sheet to ensure that officers will perform the jobs as expected. Double check the times of scheduled jobs. Between all of the run sheets there should always be a run sheet available to accept the scheduled jobs.

Create run sheets for each of the shifts officers will work providing mobile services. To create a new run sheet:

  1. Click on the "Mobile Dispatch" tab from the Live Dashboard.
  2. In the mobile dispatch menu, select the "Zone Settings" option.
  3. Click on the [+ Create Runsheet] button.
  4. Use the drop-down menu to select which position will perform the run sheet.
  5. Add the start and end time for the run sheet. Remember that only jobs scheduled within this time can be assigned to the run sheet.
  6. Enter a description for the run sheet.
  7. Check the boxes for the days when the run sheet will be active.
  8. Review the information entered in the form and click on the [Save] button.

The details of a run sheet can be edited at any time.

  1. Click on the [Edit] button for the run sheet.
  2. Modify the information as needed and click on the [Save] button to save the modifications.

Deleting a run sheet will release all of the jobs from the run sheet. These jobs will then need to be reassigned to a different run sheet. To delete a run sheet:

  1. Click on the [X] button for the run sheet.
  2. Confirm the run sheet should be deleted by clicking on the [Save] button in the pop-up form.

Access the "Runsheet Assignment & Details" section to view all of the scheduled jobs. Here each job can be assigned to a run sheet. This process require each individual job to be assigned to a run sheet. To assign a job to a run sheet complete the steps below. Repeat this process until all jobs are assigned to a run sheet.

  1. Click on the "Mobile Dispatch" tab from the Live Dashboard.
  2. Select the "Zone Settings" option from the mobile dispatch menu.
  3. Click on the "Run Sheet Assignment & Details" tab.
  4. Use the drop-down to select the run sheet for each job listed. Note that the system will only display run sheets that are active at the scheduled time of the job.

If no run sheets appear in the drop-down menu for certain jobs, this is likely because there is no an active run sheet at that time.

Jobs can be automatically assigned to run sheets. Using the "Auto-Assign Tours" function, the system will automatically assign jobs based on their scheduled time and the availability of an active run sheet during that time.

  1. Click on the "Mobile Dispatch" tab from the Live Dashboard.
  2. Select the "Zone Settings" option from the mobile dispatch menu.
  3. Select the "Runsheet Assignment & Details" tab.
  4. Click on the [Auto-Assign Tours] button.
  5. In the pop-up window, click on the [Save] button.
