How to View / Export the Resident List (Admin)

Residents and units are typically created in the on-site application. However, admins do have the ability to view and export the information added by officers. This includes a list of residents by unit at the site.

The Resident List is available in the site profile. Follow the steps below to access the Resident List for a specific site.

  1. Access the site list from the "Sites (Client" tile. Click on the desired site.
  2. In the site profile click on the "Security & Patrol" tab.
  3. From the "Security & Patrol" tab click on the "Residents" tab to access the Resident List for that site.

The Resident List can be exported to an Excel or PDF file. To export the Resident List begin by clicking on the [Options] button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu select the desired file type. The Resident List will then download to the selected format.
