How to receive schedules via SMS/text message

  1. Ensure you have a clock-in number in your portal: Settings, Call-in Attendance Setup, Get a Clock-in number.
  2. Ensure you have a valid, published schedule for your officer.
  3. Ensure you have a valid, phone number against employee profile.
  4. Ensure you have this phone number enabled for SMS messages
  5. Having all the previous steps completed, all the officer needs to do is send a text message saying "SCHEDULE" to Clock-in number
