- Ensure you have a clock-in number in your portal: Settings, Call-in Attendance Setup, Get a Clock-in number.
- Ensure you have a valid, published schedule for your officer.
- Ensure you have a valid, phone number against employee profile.
- Ensure you have this phone number enabled for SMS messages
- Having all the previous steps completed, all the officer needs to do is send a text message saying "SCHEDULE" to Clock-in number
