Advanced Getting Started: Report Notifications

Report Notifications allow you to create custom notification rules for different types of reports at each site. This allows you to create notification triggers based on report type, incident type and more.


  1. Create two different report notification rules.
  2. Create a notification rule for high priority incidents and one for lower priority incidents.
  3. Use the "Upon Creation" trigger for the high priority rule and the "Upon Approval" trigger for the lower priority rule.
