How to Publish a Schedule

Publish the Schedule

Once the schedule is ready to distribute, it can be published. All of the shifts published will then be available to view in the system and ready to distribute to officers.

  1. Confirm that the date range is correct (also shown in pop-up window). All shifts included in this date range will be published.
  2. Click on the [Publish] button.
  3. Complete the information in the pop-up window and click on the [Save] button when ready.

After completing this action the number of shifts shown in the [Publish] button should change to zero indicating that all shifts shown have been published.

Note that even published shifts can be edited later. However, the changes will need to be published and redistributed.
