How to Write a Field Report Using On-Site

One of the most important features of on-site is the ability to write reports from the web browser. All of the report forms shown are either general use forms (available at all sites) or site specific (assigned to one or several specific sites).

You can write reports from the site dashboard. These reports will automatically save to the site and your work history.

  1. Locate the Create Reports tab on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
  2. Click on the [+] button next to the report form that you would like to use. This will open the report form in the Create Report Panel.
  3. Complete the fields in the report and click on the [Send Report] button to submit the report.

Note that you can use your mouse to draw your signature on to the signature line.
