With the proper permissions on-site will provide access to reports for completed tours at the site. Each time a checkpoint tour is completed, the system will automatically generate a summary report of the tour. The history of completed tours can be access in the "Completed Tours" section of on-site.
Access List of Completed Tour Reports
Patrol reports are automatically created every time an officer performs a tour. The completed Patrol Reports are available in the Completed Tours tab.
- Access the list of completed tour reports by clicking on the "Completed Tours" tab from the dashboard.
- Summary Icon: The light blue boxes will provide a summary of the tour when you hover your mouse over them.
- End Time: The End Time will appear as "Open" if the tour is in progress or if an officer forgot to close the tour.
- View Report: Click on the [View Report] button to view the complete Patrol Report (Shown below).
Example of Completed Patrol Report
The Patrol Report will show the name of the officer, start/end time, name of the location and also the name of the tour in the top table. Below the top table you will see a timeline of the tour. Each of the letters in the timeline matches to the list of checkpoints below. Note that any missed checkpoints will be highlighted in the list.
View Scheduled Tours for the Site
The Scheduled Tours tab will show the list of tours scheduled at this site. This list will show the last time the tour was performed and the name of the officer that performed the tour. Note that the tours will be color coded to show which tours are overdue/late. Blue indicates a tour was performed as scheduled and red highlights tours that were missed.
