3.12 Employees: Exporting Employees

You can export a  list of employees in Excel or CSV format. Follow the steps below to do so.

  1. Click on the "Employees" tile.
  2. Filter by any desired criteria. Filter criteria include departments, zones, active, suspended or terminated employees, the region, or text that you enter.
  3. Click the "Options" button
  1. Select the desired format from the drop down menu.
  1. A message will appear once the file has downloaded. Click the "Download" button to download the file

Note: The file will include each employee's roles and will specify to which portal the role belongs.
