2.16 Sites: The Notification Tab

Just as you can set up notifications at the portal and zone levels, you can also set up notifications at the site level. Any notifications you set at the site level, override those that are set at the portal level.

To set up notifications at the site, go to the site and click the Notifications tab.

Individual Reports: Set up notifications that will trigger when specific report templates are filed, when reports are filed with specific incidents or severity levels, or when specific incident flag types are filed. Read more about individual report notifications here.

Panic Button Alert: Receive a notification when the panic button is engaged at the site. This alert setting overrides the panic alert settings at the portal level.

Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert: Receive a notification when a tour is started late, or when a checkpoint is scanned late. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Incomplete Tour Alert: This notification is triggered when a tour is ended without having completed all the checkpoints. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Finished Tour Alert: Receive a notification each time a tour is finished at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Late Shift Alert: Receive a notification when there is late shift at the site.

Early Clock Out Alert: Receive a notification when there is an early clock out at the site.

Go to Settings → General → Scheduling → “Send Early Clock-Out Alert Before (in minutes)”. This field defines when the early clock-out notification will be triggered in the event where a user clocks-out early before the shift ends.

Clock In/Clock Out Alert: Receive a notification when an employee clocks in or out at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Clock-in Exception: Receive notifications when employees clock in from outside an allowed area, or when they clock in outside the latitude and longitude of the site.

Missed Break: Receive a notification when employees miss a break during a shift. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Longer Break: Receive a notification when employees take longer breaks than scheduled at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Shorter Break: Receive a notification when employees take a shorter break than scheduled at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Late Break: Receive a notification when employees take a late break during a scheduled shift. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Early Break: This notification will trigger when a guard takes an early break at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.

Unscheduled Break: This notification will trigger when a guard takes an unscheduled break at the site. This setting overrides the Late Tour/Late Checkpoint Alert settings at the portal.
