5.13 Mobile App: Scan A Checkpoint with Exception Verification

Updated May 11, 2020

Exception verification questions enable guards to capture information pertaining to out-of-the-ordinary occurrences at the checkpoint location. For example, a guard may capture information that a window or door is unlocked. Other examples include requiring the guard to fill out a report, validating a range, such as a temperature, or answering multiple questions.

The guard will be prompted to enter the required information and tap send. You can configure any exceptions to be filed under an incident category. Exceptions can be configured in the portal for any type of checkpoint.
