The Runsheet report provides administrators with a simple method of reviewing completed runsheets and accessing runsheet analytics. This report is split into two parts; a summary of runsheet completion and event statuses as well as the details of the completed events.
Follow the steps below to access the runsheet report:
From the dashboard, click on the Mobile Dispatch tab.
Click on Runsheet Overview.
Search for a Runsheet that has at least 1 job completed.
Click on the PDF button.
Here is the information in the runsheet summary:
- Runsheet name
- Runsheet start and end time
- Runsheet percentage of completion
- Total run time
- Scheduled events their status
- Name of employee that completed each event
- Timestamps for each status change, if applicable
- Runsheet incomplete reason, if applicable
- Reassignment details, if applicable

What is included in the Runsheet details:
- The duration in minutes on-site
- The name of the job type that was performed
- The report name, ID and details of the report completed by the employee
If the scheduled event was configured to prompt a guard tour, the following information will be included;
- Guard tour name
- Account name
- Guard tour completion ex. 5/7 checkpoints scanned
- Guard tour start time and duration

In addition to a report on the entire runsheet, you can also configure options for the report that guards fill out when doing individual jobs.
To configure these options:
Go to Settings>Patrol Workflows.
Show timestamps in reports: Show the times at which guards completed the various steps in the patrol.
Show “Time From” timestamp in report: Show the stamp showing the start time in the report.
“Time From” Background Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
“Time From” Text Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
Show “Time To” timestamp in reports: Show the timestamp on the report that shows the end time of the event.
“Time To” Background Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
“Time To” Text Folow: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
Show “En Route” Timestamp in reports: Show the timestamp on the report that shows that the guard was en route to the site.
“En Route” Background Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
“En Route” Text Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
Show “On Site” timestamp in reports: Show the timestamp in the report indicating when the guard arrived on site.
“On Site” Background Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
“On Site” Text Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
Show “Completed” timestamp in reports: Show the timestamp in reports indicating that job was completed.
“Completed” Background Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
“Completed” Text Color: Enter a hex or rgb value for the desired color.
