11.1 Live Dashboard: Introduction

The Live Dashboard consists of a series of tabs, that allow you to manage your operation and view data provided from the field such as tour information, field reports, intervention videos and summary reports (Shift report or DAR).

The additional tabs you see when in the dashboard tab will vary depending on the modules you have, and may include:

Live Dashboard:  A real-time overview of your field operations with access to critical information like field reports, tour and more.

Operation Reports: This is a tab used to group all your operational reports and tools across all sites and zones. It includes the regular reports, patrol tours, journal entries, recordings, Shift and site summaries, report metrics, Incident analytics, post orders and system exceptions.

Mobile Dispatch: Manage dispatch tasks and patrols. For more information on mobile dispatch and patrols, please see the TrackTik Mobile Suite user manual.
