With the zone message board, you can post important information for your employees to read and acknowledge. Some examples are weather and 'be on the lookout' alerts, announcements and general messages.

Please note the following when working with the zone message board.
- Messages posted with Push to Zone Sites will not be visible in the Message Board for the Client Portal.
- Messages posted with Push to Zone Sites will not push down to Sub-Zones
- Messages posted will be visible for the user that has access to an On-Site License or Device License for the Zone.
- Messages posted will be visible for the user that has access to an On-Site License, Device License for the Zone or a Site License for a Site in the Zone if the message was posted with Push to Zone Sites.
Message Board Permissions
Be sure to set the permission level appropriate for the access that users will need.
