8.5 Break Management: Associate a Position to a New Break Rule

You can now associate the rule you created to positions throughout the portal.

To add positions to a break rule click Add Positions. The Add Position screen appears.

Enter your search criteria and click Search. The search supports a wildcard (*) if you don’t know the full name of the position.

Once the results are displayed, select the value(s) you want and click Add Position(s).

If you already clicked Create Rule, the information is added to the break rule. If you have not yet saved the rule, click Create Rule to complete the process.

Note: Even after a break rule is created, you can add or edit break rules as required. This applies to Active break rules.
