2.1 Mobile Dispatch: - Introduction

Dispatch uses different components to provide a robust system for managing, assigning and completing dispatch jobs. 

Dispatch calls generally come from 

  • A client (via phone, email, or request for service through the TrackTik portal)
  • Security companies
  • Alarm companies (when your contract with a client specifies who will respond to an alarm, or when the alarm company specifies who will respond to a job)
  • An internal request, triggered by an employee, field supervisor, or a department who is assigned to the site.
