Name: The name of the emergency contact.
Title: The person's job title.
Phone: The contact's phone number.
Email: The email address of the emergency contact.
Edit: Edit the contact's information.
To create a new emergency contact, click the Create Contact button.
First Name: The first name of the emergency contact.
Last Name: The last name of the emergency contact.
Job Title: The contact's job title.
Phone (main): The main phone number of the contact.
Phone (Other): The contact's secondary phone number.
Fax: The fax number of the contact.
Email: The contact's email address.
Preferred Language: The contact's primary language.
Status: Choose from active or archived.
